"Decent overall, but room to improve"
It was okay overall. I wouldn’t say it was bad, and there were definitely a few things that worked fine, but I also think there’s some room for improvement. To be fair, it may depend on what you’re expecting, but for me it was just a decent experience rather than something I’d really rave about.

"Just didn’t feel right"
The shirt looked fine when I got it, but the fabric just feels really bad. It’s kind of scratchy and cheap-feeling in a way I can’t totally explain, but I knew right away I wasn’t going to want to wear it. Just not comfortable at all...

"Works alright, just a bit clunky"
The site was ok overall, but using it on my phone felt kinda clunky tbh. A few pages took longer to load then I expected, and I had to click around more than I wanted to find some info. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as smooth as it could be. Checkout was simple though, so that part was fine

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from Tipsy Brand and ended up waiting way longer than I should have for my refund. I kept checking for updates, but there wasn’t much clear communication, which feels like a poor way to treat customers. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but it was frustrating enough that I don’t feel right giving them my business again.

"Honestly Way Comfier Than I Expected"
I got my order last week and I’m not even being dramatic when I say I’ve basically been obsessed with how comfy it is. The fit was really good too, which felt like a small miracle because that almost never happens for me. My only tiny complaint is that I wish the fabric was just a little softer, but overall I’m super happy with it

"They did eventually fix the issue..."
They did eventually fix the issue, but it took way longer than it should have. I also kept getting transferred from one person to another, which was really frustrating. Glad it’s sorted now, but the whole process was annoying

"I thought the designs were pretty..."
I thought the designs were cool and definitely not the same stuff I usually see on shirt sites. A few of them felt a little too loud for my taste, or maybe I’m just being picky, but overall they seemed original and fun to look through.

"I ordered this last week and was excited..."
I ordered this last week and was excited to try it on when it arrived, but the sizing was way off. I usually wear my normal size without any issues, but this fit much smaller than expected. I tried it on right away and knew within a minute it wasn’t going to work for me.

"Pretty good packaging, I think"
I ordered from tipsybrand.com and overall the packaging seemed solid. The box did show up with a little dent on one corner, which had me wondering if something inside might be messed up, but everything was totally fine and wrapped well. Nothing leaked or broke. Maybe it could’ve used a bit more padding, or maybe I’m just being picky, but it arrived in better shape than some other orders I’ve gotten.

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
The checkout process was a mess for me. I was just trying to place my order and be done with it, but it felt like every step took longer than it should have. Things weren’t clear, I had to double-check what was happening, and it just made the whole experience feel way more stressful than a simple checkout should be. I don’t mind spending a few minutes finishing an order, but when the process feels confusing or clunky, it really takes the fun out of buying something.

"Sizing chart was way off"
I ordered based on their size guide and it showed up way too small. I thought maybe it was just a little snug at first, but no, it’s basically unwearable. Super frustrating since I actually checked the chart before ordering. I wouldn’t really trust their sizing guide again

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered and paid, and at first it seemed fine, but then the delivery date just kept moving, like, one minute it was due, then suddenly it wasn’t, with hardly any updates. I ended up having to chase it myself, and even then it showed up way later than expected. Not a great first order, honestly. I don’t think I’d risk ordering again.

"Exchange took longer than it should have"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so that part was on me, and the item itself was totally fine. I just wish the exchange process had been smoother, because it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected.

It took a few days to get a response, and then I had to follow up again just to get clear instructions. I don’t expect everything to happen instantly, but some kind of update would’ve made it feel a lot less like I was just waiting around.

I did eventually get the replacement, and I’m glad it worked out in the end. Still, the whole thing took longer than it should have, so while it wasn’t a terrible experience, it was definitely frustrating.

"Promo code didn’t work"
I tried using the promo code at checkout, but the discount never showed up. Kind of annoying, honestly. Maybe it was expired or there was some hidden requirement I missed, but I couldn’t tell from the site.

"Good value, but shipping felt a little slow"
The prices are fair for what you get. I ordered a couple of items and the quality was actually better than I expected. The only thing is the shipping took longer than I was hoping, and it kind of felt like my order may have just been sitting around for a bit before moving. Still, overall it was a good value and I’d probably buy again.

The quality is definitely good and it feels like it was worth the money. It’s not perfect, and I guess compared to some others I’ve tried it’s just not as... but overall I’m happy with it

"Pretty solid selection overall"
I’ve ordered from Tipsy Brand a couple of times now, and for the most part, their stock has been good. There were a few sizes and colors I had my eye on that were sold out, which was a little disappointing, but I still had enough options to find something I liked. I do wish restocks happened a bit faster, but the site makes it easy to see what’s available before you check out. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to shop, just not perfect if you’re looking for something super specific

"The Color Wasn’t What I Expected"
I ordered this shirt thinking it would be the same lighter color shown in the photo, but when it arrived and I pulled it out of the package, I was surprised by how much darker it looked in person. It’s not a bad shirt, but the color just wasn’t what I had in mind based on the pictures.
